Getting to Bukhara
From Samarkand, the Afrosiyob high-speed train takes about 1 hour 40 minutes (economy about 225,000 UZS, business about 332,000 UZS). To Khiva, the day train 752Ж leaves Bukhara at 11:14 and arrives at 14:42 (economy about 332,000 UZS). Timetables depend on the day of the week, so ask the guide for the date you travel.
One day is enough for the main sights; two days let you add the Sitorai Mohi-Khosa palace and slow evenings around Lyabi-Hauz. See Bukhara in one day.
